What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase with any debit or credit card.

We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

In Portugal you can pay by Multibanco.

Which currency will I be charged in?

You can usually shop in your local currency. Select your country from the selector at the top of the screen.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Can I edit my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. Once your order is under the status "shipping" or "delivered", then we can no longer edit or add to it.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship to almost every country worldwide.

How long does it take to ship?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1-3 working days to process it for delivery. Custom orders may take longer but we will give you an accurate timescale.

Standard delivery time after dispatch:

- Portugal 1-3 days
- Europe: 3-10 days
- Rest of world: 1-2 weeks

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped we will send you a link to the tracking page.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in almost all cases. See our returns policy for more details.

Are returns free?

Return costs are normally the responsibility of the buyer, however in cases where the item was damaged in the post or it is faulty we will refund the cost of postage.
